Just seems like flashy guitar licks for the sake of it... but heck, I think they are the only ones doing it... Seems like a cross of Bang Camaro, Yngwie Malmsteen, Meatloaf and Goblin Cock. Maybe that's a preview for the rest of the week - the melting pot of Dragonforce.
