Excuse Me Mr

Ben Harper used to be great. Lately I think he's lost a little edge. Maybe it's the band around him. The Innocent Criminals rocked, the Relentless 7 not so much.

I've seen him in concert many times and always enjoyed his sets. Starts out ROCKING (usually opening with the cover Voodoo Chile) with some great hits then does a reggae montage, then he closes it out all acoustic... It's like a workout... you go like hell, slow it down and then walk it out. No one else I've ever seen uses that formula. Here's Excuse Me Mr. from Fight for your Mind which is one of my favorite albums. This was when Ben had things to say. Enjoy.
