Indie Classic #4 - The Shins

I remember picking up this album shortly after hearing a couple cuts off of the Garden State soundtrack. How do I love thee Natalie Portman??? I digress, so I listened to "Oh, Inverted World" for probably 8 months straight. I remember my sister asking me why I listened to depressing music. I didn't really have a great answer for her, it's just one of those things I guess. You like to know that maybe someone else is feeling crappier than you? Or maybe to inverse is true.
